In what is forming to be a loosely collected effort to bring recognition to the newer wave of artists coming out of the New York landscape, The Beast Coast movement has steadily been gaining steam. With ties to units such as Joey Bada$$ Pro Era crew, Flatbush Zombies, and the Harlem natives of A$ap Mob, the Underachievers are the latest in line to drop off their newest project to the masses.
The native Brooklyn artists are as charismatic as their Beast Coast counterparts, while providing a sense of progressive originality that helps them stand out among their peers. Definitely worth a listen.
