[FRESHNESS] adidas Basketball D. Rose 3 "Michigan Avenue"

Well it didn’t take long for adidas to throw another edition of the D. Rose 3 our way. The “Michigan Avenue” dubbed D. Rose 3 was titled respectively gaining inspiration from the lights and iconic characters that populate the avenue in Derrick’s hometown of Chicago during the holiday season. This go around the toebox gets reworked in a bright blue nubuck atop a white synthetic leather upper and midsole featuring speckled dots representing the bright lights featured each year across the infamous Michigan Ave. Other features include the adidas signature “three stripes” and lace eyelets appearing in a bright yellow opposite an infrared tongue, outsole, and laces. And if you look closely, the inside tongue hosts a set of satellite coordinates of Michigan Avenue along with the number 1,000,000 which is about how many lights are displayed each year during The Magnificent Mile Lights Festival on Novemeber 15^th coinciding with the D. Rose 3 “Michigan Avenue” release.
