- Wu-Tang Clan & Kool G. Rap – “Rivers Of Blood”
- Asher Roth – “Wrestling Is Fake”

T.I. ft. Lil Wayne – “Ball”
T.I. is riding with this new Rico Love produced single all the way to the release of his forthcoming album Trouble Man as Lil Wayne brings some New Orleans flavor to the bounce-inspired track.
Bridge: This reminds me of really early Cash Money. I like hearing Weezy and T.I. together because in my opinion, they’re the class and kings of southern rap (along with a few others), but it’s uninspired in my humble opinion. I just don’t connect with it. It’s too manic and you’re not able to appreciate anything about the track because it’s so loud and so quick that I’m not able to appreciate T.I. and Lil’ Wayne being on a track together, and when you put those two together, I would expect them to take their time and create something royal. Not feeling it.

Hourglass: I’ve got to disagree with you there. Although it’s probably not considered authentic bounce music by the hardcore fans of the genre, they’ve captured what it’s all about while keeping it friendly for a mainstream audience. Non stop twerking is sure to ensue thanks to the record, and being in the South, I can already see what a huge impact the single’s had in a matter of days. Personally, I’m pretty sure this will go into my playlist of guilty pleasure tracks. With “Ball” and “Go Get It” making their rounds, I think T.I.’s finally getting some momentum leading to Trouble Man.
