Marked Out: WWE Elimination Chamber Recap, CM Punk vs. Chris Brown & Where is Brodus Clay?

I’m positive Brown is utterly clueless about what’s going on and no, you won’t see him making an appearance at WrestleMania. But if you were trying to start a Twitter fight with any one celebrity, Brown would be at the top of the list. Not only does Brown have 8 million Twitter followers, he’s a notorious hotheaded jackass that would get into a fight with a bot if it spammed him with an insult.

We will know the whole thing is a work if Chris Jericho roughs up a WWE diva between now and WrestleMania. In the meantime, enjoy the extra attention, CM Punk.

What The Funk?

Brodus Clay appears to be in the doghouse … once again.

“The Funkasaurus” has been off TV since Jan. 30 and The Wrestling Observer reported this week that Vince McMahon has determined Clay is “unsafe and reckless” in the ring.

Funny how Clay is “unsafe and reckless” when other WWE superstars in the past several weeks have displayed those same attributes that led to R-Truth and Wade Barrett suffering injuries in the ring. Yes, he’s still a little green in the ring, but what exactly is dangerous about a guy who spends half of his matches shucking and jiving?

The sad part is Clay’s over-the-top babyface character was just starting to get over with the crowd. At this rate, the next time we see Clay is on the latest episode of “Are You Serious” on the WWE’s YouTube channel.

Rosenberg Interviews CM Punk

Hot 97 personality Rosenberg sat down with CM Punk earlier this week in a 20-minute interview where the WWE champion talks about his now infamous “shoot” promo, his relationship with Triple H and working with John Cena at Money in the Bank.
