8) CM Punk vs. The Miz vs. Alberto Del Rio (TLC)

While everyone shitted on the lack of build up to this year-ending WWE pay-per-view, the main event more between CM Punk, The Miz and Alberto Del Rio in a TLC match more than delivered. Del Rio has been the wrestler who took a lot of stiff bumps in 2011, but it was his ring announcer, Ricardo Rodriguez, who took the nastiest spill of the evening through a table and nearly landed in the front row of the crowd.

Loved Best in the World. Still put Cena/Punk at #1. I had grown ass men marking out all over the country, pulled off by the world’s premiere PW company. The hometown crowd, the storyline, the match itself–all top notch.
Put a gun in your mouth and pull the trigger. Wrestlebot vs Wrestlebot doesn’t deserve to be on any top ten match list, especially #1.
