FAIL Of The Day: 55-Year-Old Casino Exec Makes Hip-Hop Cry With "Livin De Life" Music Video
Sh*t like this kills hip-hop. 55-year-old casino executive Allen Samuels is infatuated with hip-hop. Considering he has a boatload of money, he decided that it would be in all of our best interests to drop a video titled “Livin De Life.” First of all, who the hell uses “De?” Isn’t it usually “Da?” Anyways, this abomination of a video features Samuels playing ball, flossing his cash, rapping with a fog of weed smoke, chicks and live performance clips. It’s so f*cking bad. When he rhymes “The casino was good, got me out of the hood,” 74 aspiring rappers died slowly. Watch and cry.

Hip hop died a looooong time ago is this any worse than the Mo’ Money Mo’ Problems video wit Puff and Mase doing the coonery/buffonery with the shiny suits? Is this worse than ‘SIPPIN ON SIZZURP” or Mike Jones? Or Lil John’s buffoonery? I dont think so, just cuz an old white guy is doin what we BEEN doin doesnt make it bad now, we killed it.. If artists like Nas, Kendrick Lamar, Royce da 59, Joe Buddens, Fashawn, J Cole, Big KRIT, take over the airwaves and the establishment and the failing masses support that kind of music instead of the autotuned, grilled up, monosyllabalic ignorance that has been passing for hiphop for the last decade then MAYBE then we can be outraged at A.Samuels but until then when we see A Samuels nonsense he’s just a mirror refelecting hiphop’s mainstream image…
