Kanye West Set To Premier Film; Tracklist For Dark Twisted Fantasy Released
On Thursday, October 21st, 2010 at the Landmark Sunshine Theater in New York City, Kanye West held a screening of his new short film entitled “Runaway.” Starring Selita Ebanks alongside himself, Kanye described the film as being about “helping, inspiring, and crashing cultures together that you’d never expect to see together.” “I make all my decisions from the perspective of a 5-year-old, before I was taught what to think,” explained West. With assistance from Hype Williams, the film abstractly explored societal norms, acceptance, and more. “Runaway” premiers at 8pm EST, Saturday, October 23rd, on MTV, MTV2, BET, and mtv.com.
The tracklisting for Kanye’s Dark Twisted Fantasy also hit the internet via iTunes. Many will immediately notice that more than half of the songs listed have already been released by Kanye himself. Nonetheless, Dark Twisted Fantasy will be released on November 22nd.
